The flower arrangement that I received was gorgeous. It had just the right amount of flowers that were starting to bloom mixed with ones that would bloom in a couple of days. It was very full and the mix of colors and flowers were beautiful.

Very impressed with this flower delivery service! Called me the day after I placed my order to make me aware that some flowers were unavailable because of COVID. I told them I would trust them to piece it together and make it look nice. Very impressed with the final product and I think it looks even better than the pictures online. Will be using this service again and definitely recommend. Thank you my wife loved them!

We have used Sweet William Floral for years! They have beautiful fresh arrangements and wonderful service! Just last week a dear friend's father passed away and Sweet William's sent a gorgeous arrangement at the last moment. My friend couldn't believe how beautiful the arrangement was. My daughter ordered flowers because I was having a bad day. They came a little later than she expected but they were well worth the wait!
I used to be a wholesale florist, so am very aware of good flowers. These flowers were fresh and the Ecuadorian roses were absolutely stunning!
This arrangement was the absolute best arrangement I've received from Sweet William by far!

Delightful florist and provides excellent customer service. I worked with her on designs and she absolutely nailed all our boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets. I even changed our centerpieces last minute and she pulled them together so nicely. We had one hiccup with flowers for the formal photo shoot but she corrected it immediately and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Overall, she was fantastic and I cannot say enough about her outstanding customer service!

I was a little nervous about seeing the flowers arrive at the funeral without any verbal confirmation which I was used to in the industry until now. But they arrived on time, were beautiful and had my special requests done just as I had asked (ribbion with Mom on it, Please use white lillies instead of orange). Very impressed. Will use them again.

Sweet William Floral & Design make ordering online really easy. I use their website every year for my mom's birthday, and the flower arrangements always exceed my expectations. The arrangements are even more beautiful than their online pictures look.

The gift basket was awesome however, it was delivered two days early. I had scheduled it for my brother's birthday on April 9th and they delivered it the day I had placed the order, on the 7th.

I mistakenly addressed my floral delivery to the wrong address. Early in the day, I received a phone call from the floral delivery service to let me know the address was wrong. The customer service rep graciously took the correct address from me, and delivered my flowers early the next afternoon! It meant so much to me, and my mother, who was the recipient of the arrangement. So grateful!
